General terms of engagement, applicable law, legal venue:
To business relations with clients we apply among other our General Engagement Terms of Tax Advisors and Tax Advisory Firms, dated December 2012. In these we agree with our clients that German law shall be applicable and, where permitted, our residence shall be the legal venue.

Professional liability insurance:
Professional liability insurance is provided by the Gothaer Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Gothaer Allee 1, 50969 Cologne, Germany. The scope of our insurance covers the following requirements at the very minimum: § 54 Act on the Professional Code of Conduct of German Public Auditors (WPO) and ) § 67 German Tax Advisory Act (StBG), in connection with §§ 51 et seqq. Regulation for Implementing the Regulations for Tax Consultants, Tax Representatives and Tax Consultancy Firms (DVStB).
