The auditing profession is essentially subject to the following professional regulations:
Wirtschaftsprüferordnung (WPO), statutes of the Chamber of Public Accountants on the rights and obligations in the exercise of the professions of public accountant and chartered accountant (BSWP/vBP), statutes for quality control, Wirtschaftsprüfer-Berufshaftpflichtversicherungsverordnung. General Terms and Conditions / Applicable law, place of jurisdiction:
For our business relationships with clients, we use, among other things, the „General Terms and Conditions of Contract for Tax Consultants and Tax Consultancy Companies in the version dated December 2012. In these, we agree with our clients, among other things, the application of German law and – where permissible – our registered office as the place of jurisdiction.

Professional liability insurance:
Professional liability insurance is held with Gothaer Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Gothaer Allee 1, 50969 Cologne. The insurance cover meets at least the requirements of Section 54 of the German Auditors‘ Code (WPO) and Section 67 of the German Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG) in conjunction with Sections 51 et seq. §§ 51 ff. Ordinance on the Implementation of the Regulations on Tax Consultants, Tax Agents and Tax Consultancy Companies.
